01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to StarPH11. By accessing or using our platform — whether through our website at starph11.app or through the StarPH11 mobile app — you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and StarPH11. They apply to all activities on the platform, including browsing, account registration, placing bets, participating in games, and making financial transactions.

02 Eligibility & Age

StarPH11 is an online gaming platform intended exclusively for adults. You must meet all of the following requirements to be eligible to register and play:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a voluntarily closed account with us.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

StarPH11 takes age verification seriously. During the KYC process, you may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID. Any account found to be registered by an underage individual will be permanently closed and all funds held in that account may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

• Accounts used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of abuse will be permanently suspended.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on StarPH11 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). We support the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• GCash and Maya (local e-wallets)
• Philippine online banking and mobile banking
• Bank transfer via local Philippine banks

StarPH11 does not accept cryptocurrency, crypto assets, or credit cards as payment methods for deposits or wagering. All transactions must be funded from a payment source that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Processing times vary by payment method. StarPH11 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

05 Gameplay Rules

StarPH11 offers a range of games including slots, fish games, eBingo, live casino, and sports betting on events such as PBA basketball, NBA, volleyball, boxing, football, and esports. By participating in any game or betting activity, you agree to the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Results are final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical error.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not exploit any technical bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities. If you identify such an issue, you are required to report it to support immediately.
• Collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing (in sports betting), and any other forms of cheating are strictly prohibited.
• StarPH11 reserves the right to void bets or game results where a technical malfunction is confirmed to have affected the outcome.

Sports betting markets on StarPH11 are governed by sport-specific rules available in the betting section. Odds and markets may change before an event begins. In-play betting results are subject to the same rules as pre-event bets.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

StarPH11 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated when the promotion is announced.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to age and identity verification.
• One promotional offer per player, per household, per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

StarPH11 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform stable and accessible, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StarPH11 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages or third-party payment processing delays.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to gamble beyond their personal means.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
